Ingredients
    Graham Crumb Base
  • 300 grams Graham Style Crumbs
  • 1/3 cup Butter (melted)
  • Cheesecake Batter
  • 1/3 cup Whipping Cream
  • 1 cup White Chocolate (melted)
  • 3 8 ounce packages Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 cup Whipping Cream
Instructions
    Graham Crust
  1. In a small bowl, mix graham crumbs with melted butter until combined.
  2. Press into the bottom of your springform pan with a fork; once it spreads out, use a spoon to smooth it out.
  3. Cheesecake Filling
  4. Melt Chocolate

    Melt the white chocolate with 1/3 cup of whipping cream in a double boiler (I improvise with a small pot and glass bowl on top). Then, set aside to cool.

    Be careful to not overheat it.
  5. Cream together cream cheese and 1/2 sugar for a few minutes. Stop and scrape the bowl, then continue mixing until smooth.
  6. Stop the mixer and add one egg at a time, beating after each addition.
  7. Add 3 tsp of vanilla and the melted white chocolate and whipping cream mixture for a few minutes, then add the remaining 1 cup of whipping cream until smooth.
